Welcome to my page! My name is Missy Rocha-Farias (~Mrs. Farias~). I am full service Realtor® licensed in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. After teaching for many wonderful years and helping many students and families in Mattapoisett, I decided to follow another passion of mine, REAL ESTATE. In addition to teaching in the Southcoast, I also grew up here and have extensive local knowledge.
I was licensed in 2015 and have been helping families and investors with real estate ever since. It is an honor to help people with what is often the biggest purchase/sale of their lives. Real estate transactions can be stressful and it is our job to make the process go as smoothly as possible. We do this by educating our buyers and sellers and by creating a network of trusted providers to help our clients at every step. I am also e-PRO® certified by the National Association of Realtors®. NAR's e-PRO® certification program helps train Realtors® to master the advanced digital marketing techniques of today in order to expand their abilities to serve clients.
It is about clients, not commissions. Connecting with clients and students have a lot in common. We specialize in the Southcoast, the Gateway to the Cape and the South Shore!
